Refund policy

YUANTONGJUN does not offer returns or exchanges unless a quality issue is confirmed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, a return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at [ythejunker@gmail.com].

Returns sent without prior written communication and a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted. All returned items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition with attached tags and original packaging. YUANTONGJUN is not responsible for any loss or damage of return packages in transit.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for all costs incurred, including round-trip shipping, duties, and taxes. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased through third-party retailers cannot be returned or exchanged directly with YUANTONGJUN.
